I no longer own a razor! I have personally done laser hair removal using our super hair removal laser on myself, it was the easiest way to master the hair removal procedure. Total body hairlessness was the added benefit! The funniest part was that I never planned to include hair removal in our laser treatments, nut patients insisted and they love it. Now I know why. Having no body hair is so clean and easy not to mention It helps eliminate the issue of ingrown hairs, razor burn and bumps and the pesky chin hairs some people deal with.

The laser we have is by Cutera and the wavelength is an Nd:Yag 1064 which is color blind to skin so any skin of color is safe in well-trained hands. We also have a ProWave for large areas such as backs. Our laser hair removal tech, Jamie, has worked in my office for 24 years. She has been personally trained by me and has been certified by the Texas Laser Institute in Houston, Texas. Additionally, Cutera has sent a steady stream of training professionals over the years to keep our staff updated on techniques and current best guidelines. Cutera also calibrates and fine tunes our machines yearly as we keep them under warranty-this protects our patients from burns or accidental shifts in heat.
