How is Juvederm® Volux™ XC Performed?

Juvederm® Volux™ XC involves one or more injections of the Volux™ formula into and around the jawline. This formula includes lidocaine, a local numbing agent, which helps to numb the skin immediately upon injection to minimize any discomfort during treatment. These injections are performed in-office at McRae MD Medical Laser Center in under 30 minutes.

Is There Any Downtime After Juvederm® Volux™ XC?

There is no downtime required after Juvederm® Volux™ XC injections! You can return to work and other activities immediately after your treatment. However, patients may experience tenderness, swelling, firmness, bruising, redness or itching at the injection site. These symptoms are typically minor and resolve on their own within two weeks of treatment.

What Results Can I Expect from Juvederm® Volux™ XC?

Juvederm® Volux™ XC works immediately to restore facial volume and enhance the contours of the jawline. The Volux™ formula is clinically proven to last up to one year when used for jawline rejuvenation.
